New in October 2024, is Yoga and Hiking Weekend in Finland’s national landscapes, in Koli national park. Join us in October 25th-27th.
Autumn wellbeing and yoga weekends will be held in Taipaleenniemi in November 15th-17th and 22nd-24th, 2024. These weekends are held in co-operation with Leila from Hyvinvointi Tähti. The weekend will include yin yoga, energizing vinyasa yoga morning lessons, body wellbeing evening lesson and of course sauna.
